For example, our Senior Lawyer Shane Lawlor has been with our firm for 4 years today (25th of March 2017)! So we decided to see why he has stuck around and what he is looking forward to in the future.
Catching up with Shane to reflect on his 4 years at Gouldson Legal
What is your favourite thing about working at Gouldson Legal?
The firm’s approach ensures every client has only one solicitor from commencement to resolution of their claim. Sharing the client’s journey from first contact to final settlement can be really rewarding when seeing the difference the ultimate result can make to their life.
What was the firm like when you started?
The firm was poised to go through a growth phase. I was brought on as a Trainee Solicitor and soon transitioned into more senior roles.
How has the firm changed in your time here?
We’ve developed some really great work systems over the last 4 years, which allow us to seamlessly deliver on client expectations.
What are you looking forward to in your coming year with Gouldson Legal?
There will be plenty of exciting things happening over the next 12 months! New challenges pop up all the time and I’m continually impressed by the great work our team does to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
How do you spend your time away from the office?
My partner, Katherine and I are exploring the great outdoors a little more this year. I’ve recently bought a new fishing rod, but I’m yet to find the time to use it. Hopefully, I’ll be bragging about all the huge fish I’ve caught by this time next year!
