We started out negotiating directly with the CTP insurer concerned, after all their promises of a appointed claims manager to provide advice in our best interest we found that they were paraphrasing clauses within the act to reduce their claim lability.
As a result we sought legal advice. We chose Gouldson Legal as they were less hi pressure with their advertising than some of the ambulance chasing companies and also offered a claim fee cap. From the outset we found Gouldson Legal totally professional and understanding of our situation.

Through our claim process we were continually informed via phone and or Email of every eventuality, plus their advice on the procedures that the claim would go through and the amounts that we could expect to receive.
The end result of our claim ended at 2.5 times the best offer that was made from our dealing directly with the CTP Insurer.
