Roslyn was admitted in 2009, practising primarily in catastrophic brain and spinal injury cases. Aware of her compassion and talent for difficult cases, Gouldson Legal snapped her up in 2011.

In her spare time Roslyn attends most home games of the Queensland Firebirds, and the Australian Diamonds when they play in Brisbane. She also spends her weekends surrounded by her husband and three small children.
