Faran is the director of legal practise at the firm and supervises all lawyers and their conduct on files. He works closely with all lawyers to direct and develop case flow strategy in each matter.In February 1999 Faran launched the firm, then “Shine Gouldson Lawyers” in partnership with Kerry Shine. Kerry left the practice upon being elected into State Parliament in 2001. Rowena FerrallSenior Associate |
| Rowena has had over eight years’ experience advising on and conducting plaintiff claims. She specialises in personal injury litigation, with a particular emphasis on workers’ compensation claims under the WorkCover Queensland Act and Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act. Rowena also practices in criminal injuries compensation. Prior to joining Gouldson Legal in 2008, Rowena was a solicitor at Gilshenan Luton where she worked in compensation and insurance litigation.

| Heather began working at Gouldson Legal in 2011 as assistant to Rowena Ferrall, bringing with her more than 25 years’ experience in legal support. Her career as a legal assistant began in New Zealand at Jackson Reeves & Friis. Since then she has worked in a number of firms in both New Zealand and Australia in all areas of law. More recently, Heather’s work has been mainly in family and personal injuries law. |

| Roslyn joined Gouldson Legal in 2011 after being admitted as a solicitor in 2009. While undertaking legal training she gained experience in personal injuries law specialising in catastrophic injuries. Roslyn obtained her Bachelor of Laws at QUT and also holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Queensland. Her areas of expertise within personal injury litigation include motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, public liability and WorkCover common law claims.
